This traditional solution is still valued for it allows to insert raw and semi-finished pieces in the cell.

This type of cell can tend one or more machines; the piece is introduced in the robotic cell through a conveyor belt equipped with a vision system previously loaded by the operator.

Recommended applications::

  • Long processing cycle time
  • Introduction of finished pieces (the vibrating system would ruin them)
  • Pieces not to be singled out with a vibrating system.
